Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Prompting Academy purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team and we'll help you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
